Oh, nicely done! I'm always a bit nervous with fics that are Wash/anyone but Zoe, since I don't like to see my OTP broken up, so I'm glad this was slightly AU. It was really well written and Wash's thought patterns were realistic and convincing.

Dude! I was inexplicably craving Wash slash (I don't even know why) and I'm so glad I came across this. Not a combination I've seen before and it works quite well.
