Do things like emails/etc count if you're not actually uploading anything, or do you just mean you've got to avoid those now too because you hit 120%?

idk? I mean I'm not sure if comments count... technically I am 'uploading' information, the comment, to the internet, but I'm not sure if a small thing like a comment is really going to push the limit or not.

However, I have just discovered that my mom hasn't disconnected the dial-up connection yet, so that means I can still do email and posts and stuff on that and then reconnect to the faster internet to be able to look at icon posts or whatever. Yes I am a genius.

That .gif makes me feel something... I think it might be joy.

If I ever saw Ianto crying for real... I'm afraid that I would laugh. I would probably also laugh if I saw the actual actor who plays Ianto in real life. I would probably chortle and say 'Oh Ianto' and then walk away, yep, that's what I would do. I'm fairly decided about it.

I was surprised too! It is very strange... the weird thing is that I don't think I've been doing anything excessive. I'm not downloading music or uploading whole movies to the internet or anything. I've just mainly been messing with layouts and graphics and stuff like that. But I just discovered that our old dial-up still works, so at least I can connect to that to reply to things. I'm very fuzzy on how these limits work.

That's okay. I think that it will be a positive thing really. It will be like conquering a drug addiction or something, but not really, because I don't think I'm going to get the shakes or anything. That's probably a bad metaphor.
