How does she feel about her physical appearance?

I don't think it is, but even so it probably appears that way because Austria has very nice posture and Prussia doesn't. Or well, she does if she needs to but slouching a little is one of the huge (and yet at the same time small) differences between herself now and when she was a Kingdom.

She does seem to be one of those people that give the impression of being taller than they really are.

Yeah her attitude carries her, though her hooker boots certainly help. I place her around 5'4'' since the femGermany I used play with on meme was 5'6'' which is about average-ish for women I think but her attitude and discipline, especially back when she was a world power, gives her the impression of being tall. The meme was really the first place she's been called short (except when Germania comes down to visit because she's a meanie)
