Old age, surgery, and livejournal

As I lay in bed the other night, I thought about old age, death, and livejournal. Quite a combination of thoughts, but it got me wondering:

What’s going to happen to all these wonderful groups when we’re old?

I’d like to try and picture me as an old woman still flailing my arms and ranting about Lipton’s biceps (see icon for detail), but I doubt that

WOAH THERE CHIKA! It's time I stop being lazy and read yo stuff! OMG......people will always be flailing about that..and honestly, I think a lot of these people will be like James Dean. I mean, think about people not going MATTHEW SETTLE SHANE TAYLOR/ EVERY SINGLE BoBer (cept for the obvious......;))!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because they were all THAT hot when they were younger. Though the though of wrinkles and such combined with GRANDKIDS OH DEAR GOD! and husbands and children...we have a whole future ahead of us, and I don't think a lot of people go for the Speirs route of accepting that we're already dead because unless I am sorely mistaken, we are not shot at a daily basis

I really wanted to reply to your comment earlier, because it was really nice of you to take the time to say all of those wonderful things, but I'm all doped up on pain meds right now and I can't really read the computer screen so...yeah.

I will say though, that Band of Brothers (and The Pacific) really did change my life too, and I'd really like to be a historian for the 20th century or something because of it.

I would go on about a bunch of other stuff, but I fear I'll pass out.
