You should see the other lists. At least I know what to pack, in which bag, and what I'm supposed to bring home!! :)

That's ok. I'm a list freak. I've already started my 'to pack' list for the trip, and it's 2 months away!

Oh, yeah, you have to have a list and start very early. That way you know what still fits, what doesn't, what you need to buy, etc. Seriously, this is important... um, stuff!! :)

Right! And then of course there's pondering whether I want to take just one big suitcase, or the two smaller ones.

Oh, yes, you have to take side trips and stuff into consideration. :)

If it helps you plan/pack... I bought luggage for the bike that should work for all three of us specifically for the trip to the coast: Small saddle bags and two different touring bags that sit on the rack/sissy bar. :)
