I got two big high fives today from Wayne, my trainer. First was when I weighed myself on his scale. Since I started training with him, I've lost two pounds a week! He says that is right at the top of optimum loss with weight training. Woohoo!! Then I asked if he had a minute to pinch my inches. lol "Sure!" he said. Results were 37.2%.
