I've been housesitting for my friends this weekend. And while it hasn't been cold cold, I've been using the fireplace. I love this!! I was reading in front of it on friday and my feet were just toasty warm. What is it about a fireplace that brings up images of things I've neveer done before? And want to do? And there is a difference between a Gas Fireplace and a wood fireplace. Now that I have both, I prefer wood. Gas Fireplaces are good for show but that is about it. I prefer functionality over the museum look any day.

yeah, they have a gas one....but I still like it as one who doesn't have either at this time...
