This is so omgfluff. I blame my current watching of S2.

Dawson feels out of place in this room full of professors and literary types, like he’s too plastic and L.A. When Joey leans in to hug him, smiling wide with pink cheeks, and he feels her hair brush against his hand all that falls away. Dawson’s home.
