Today I bought a hat as my old one could make me look like a bit of a prat. As nenimefish  can attest to. She’ll sniggle about it ;P This one is a simple beanie. It’s also bright bright pink, because Dad said ‘You should show off your…you know, and they don’t have a rainbow one’ *g*  He can be so sweet sometimes

That really is sweet of him. Now I am wondering where my rainbow hat and scarf set went and if there was a hidden meaning behind the gift from my cousin.

Or they could have just liked the colour :) You never know...
Do you ever find that scarves and stuff seem to hide all year when you don't need them, and then you have to hunt about EVERYWHERE to find them? Like how I know I have loads of gloves but can never find them during Winter...

Yes that always happens! They hide in coat pockets and jacket pockets and the very bottom of drawers and it takes ages to hunt them out again! That is probably more likely. It was a very pretty set.

I had one Christmas where everyone got me scarves. All my friends at school, dad, the grandparents...It means I can never find a hat or gloves from one year to the next, but have about 10 scarves dotted about throughout the country at various houses :)

Bright pink hat ftw \o/ I'm sure you could get a rainbow one in Brighton (lol I emailed saying that you should have a pink hat before I read this. I'm awesome *g* :P)
