Owwwwww I'm in pain, lots and lots of pain :( I had just finished a lovely Sunday lunch and was nursing my sleeping niece, then with one breath BAM! I've pulled muscles just under my shoulder and the pain is radiating down my back. I cant move the top part of my body or turn my head from side to side, I wanna cry. Sitting is sore, standing is sore

I know I've hurt my back before tho at the base of it which was just as bad but because of where this one is I cant take a proper breath in without it being sore and its making me feel even more uncomfortable!

Thank you for the hugs I need them as I'm feeling rather sorry for myself, lol. It bloody well does hurt like a motherfucker, but I think its more the fact that I cant breathe proper making it worse :( I hope so and soon I have to be back to work on Tue for a long day! xxx

OMG I am but it doing very little for the pain, I'm taking painkillers that usually knock people for 6, like those ones Kristin got high on after she hurt her neck, but it doesn't help. To move I literally grit my teeth and move through all you can her is me groaning all over the house, lol.xxx
