The English lecture was just a bundle of statistics of how the Western media has brought down the morality among people in the West by "desensitizing, normalizing and glamorizing" sex. He quoted circulation/subscription figures of the Playboy magazine and funnily enough, he blamed James Bond for teaching

(And you know, it's not hard to figure out who an anonymous person is by checking their ip adress and the ip addresses of the people who comment that are not anonymous. Compare the ip addresses. You'll see they're the same. Umm, actualy, unless I was on the other computer in my house, then they're not quite the same... Whatever, you get my point, though.)

I did try checking the IP with an IP-location-checker. It just gave me your location [Canada], but I didn't have the brains to compare the IP with those of my Canadian friends. So silly!

Wow, these people sure do like Imam Ali. I can just hear what they'll say next: "Imam Ali died for your sins, so that you may have everlasting life." Sounds familiar. Oh well!

Also, it is interesting that he mentioned James Bond as a source of sexual hedonism. I was literally a James Bond SCHOLAR in middle and high school. Seriously, there was hardly a question that I could be asked that I could not answer. I could sing every James Bond theme song from every movie, I could name all the artists who sang them, I knew all the major - and often minor - actors in each movie as well as which year the movies came out, ad nauseum. I followed the James Bond series like a madman, but I'll be damned if I've EVER gotten laid, let alone by a number of different chicks! I guess I just soak up too many details and not enough of the message, lol.
