Yes but it's too difficult to get such philosophical opinions across into the thick skulls of these mullas.

Medical ethics forms a huge and boring part of my curriculum here in Newcastle. One of the topics for debate in our ethics seminars was use of human tissue and organ donation inevitably came up.
