Persian Dreams

May 30, 2006 15:12

I had such an odd dream last night.. and I don't even know why I remembered it, because I usually forget my dreams [or at least the intricate details of it] a few hours after having woken up.

Mamtoor - Rained-upon. )

dream, rain, iran, india, death

Ooo, Danu in black cotton shorts! Let's get some pictures of that on here, shall we? lol.

I'm sorry to hear about your maid. It is always sad to hear when such nice and loyal people pass away, particularly nowadays when people aren't always much of either. I'm sure you must be very distraught. I hope you feel better and realize that she is in a better place - far away from Iran!

Yeah, I feel the same way about death. She's in a MUCH better place now.

aw man, sorry to hear that. now that im older im finding that im understanding our mortality more and more. im trying to spend quality time with my family and do special things with them so i dont feel i wasted time later on. its really sad. im going to try to be more buddhist about death :)

im trying to find some good books on iranian history and culture. i always find it interesting when a government hijacks their country... i guess i can sympathize now.. you know, hoping and praying that people in other countries dont think that you actually agree with your leader. or... in the case of people who elect these people, that you may have had good intentions... like economic reasons or crappy leaders prior and need for change. .end rant.

My take on death is that it's a natural thing and so is the grief that follows it, so one should let it come and empty it out. After death, people go to much better places - that's just what I believe.

Talking about governments hijacking their own countries.. well, Bush has crossed the line and hijacked other countries too! :( Poor Iraq.

hmm....urinating in ur dream....*intriguing*
well u dont have a pet so.....was ur bed wet when u woke up?? :P:P

well i have experienced wierd dreams and have a silly knack of translating them..
well all i can say is tht u r experiencing what ppl over there are experiencing...ppl in black turbans may mean tht, the country seems all welcoming with some pure hearted ppl..
the rain shows ur sadness for the condition in tht place..
n ur urination means tht u are unsure if u wanna go to tht place or not....

well i dunno what u make of tht.. i make tht out myself..

god bless Kusum Ba'i

Lol no, my bed was (unfortunately) dry when I woke up.. my bladder's not as loose as your's!

Gee, thanks for the interpretation.. I guess, the rain part makes some sense. I do feel bad for Iran and Iranians.

god bless Kusum Ba'i

Amen.

You know, if you felt my belly, you'd be surprised at just how chunky I am. Stupid belly fat - make me flabby. Despite the vegetarianism.

Aw, thanks for the מנוחה.

The Friday-Saturday weekend takes effect from September 1, '06. They're so evil, they changed the weekend to a better combination when I have only one year of school left to complete.
