Sense of humour resurrected

Knocking around my hard drive, I have several unfinished pieces of work. Not counting Home which is a whole different animal, these pieces are mostly little snippet ideas that demanded writing and then just fizzled out. I've had a bit of a rummage and found this one which I started just after Deathly Hallows came out. I'm not really sure why it lay ( Read more... )

I felt Remus and Tonks got such a raw deal in book 7. It's like Eastenders or something - the minute two people look like they're going to be happy, they have to get killed off. But the one that really upset me the most was Hedwig.

Remus and Tonks did get a raw deal, not even a send off, just bodies dragged from the battlefield and dumped. That upset me a lot. Hedwig's death upset me, too. She said she needed to isolate Harry, but I think she should have found another way.

He could've just had to leave her at the Burrow cos she was too easily detected, or something.

~falls over laughing~ Oh, good grief, I love this! I can just see it happening, too. Fleur chowing down on the Big Mac and hunting the last of the fries and Bella knitting a pink angora sweater is brilliant!
