you feel like you're rushing to getting it done or like the fic is being rushed?

A bit of both I guess? Like I said I only have less than 3 weeks left and thus I'm ruhsing it but I also feel that things might happen to quickly in the fic...it's really frustrating right now

well I think taking a deep breath might help ;) I've never written long fic to a deadline (that i've actually met) so I'm possibly not going to be much help. I'm finding with the one I'm working on at the minute that once I have what I'd call a first draft of a chapter I know where it's going and then can rewrite it so the pacing is better. I'm guessing as you're writing you'll be able to tell if you're rushing the plot and be able to adjust accordingly. maybe just taking a bit of a step back would help. Just breathe and write lol. Maybe it'd help to ignore the chapter goal for a while - unless they're really short - and just trust that you know what you're/the muses are doing. Failing that make a lot of journal entries about it ;)

If there's anything I can do to help (cheering, really bad fic, sending you spn guys in the post) let me know

Thanks so much for your advice and encouraging words! I think it actually helped...I stopped writing yesterday and when I got up this morning to continue I was full of new energy and hope!
I've changed a few things again and am really glad the way it's working out right now.
I think now I might be able to get it finished without rushing the plot or anything :-)

Oh but you could still send the SPN Boys over, they're always appreciated ;-)

*hugs*

I tend to have a problem with threesomes or any other pairing that isn't my OTP
I am the same, and even more so with M/A und B/C. It never bothered me as much as it did with those two. I printed this fic out yesterday though as it is mrs_leary and I trust her to make this work, and you just confirmed this :) Now I only need to get into the right mood to read it ;)

*gets out pom-poms and cheers you on about your fic and vid projects* :D

I hope it works for me...I think what helped me was knowing before hand that is was going to end with B/C. There were some parts in which I found it hard to read through, but the outcome made it all worth it! :-)

Thanks for the cheering :-)
*hugs*

Yes, I actually checked first that it ended Bradley/Colin, otherwise I would have skipped it, as much as I love mrs_leary's fic. I am looking forward to reading it now though, so I guess I'll do that in the next few days.

:D I always can hop around some more with those pom-poms ;)

Yes it was really well written and that's what got me hooked in the beginning and of course you telling me beforehand how it would end, that really helped ;-)
I like Santiago, but I don't think Bradley really loved him. They were friends and experimented a bit, that's all. What he shared with Colin was real love. Hence I loved to read how jealous Bradley got :-)
