Both here. We celebrate on Easter Sunday, because it's usually spent with Christian relatives, but we incorporate pagan traditions (not hard since they're almost identical) wherever possible, and casually explain both meanings for things.
We celebrate Ostara at home and then with my family we celebrate Easter. Same with Yule and Christmas. My kids know that we are of a different religion than the rest of my family and that we celebrate with them to celebrate their beliefs. My mom gives the kids presents for Yule so she's trying to do the same in her own way.
We celebrate both. My family is pretty cool with celebrating both since the festivities are pretty much the same for both, though we do try to celebrate them on the correct days rather then combining them to the same day.
If you are really that unsure though about which to celebrate then talk to your kids if they are old enough to understand the situation.
PS: The only problem I've run into with celebrating both is from some of the parents of students in my son's class at school.
