This is hauntingly written, but so sad. It might be because I'm older, but the idea of Ducky facing the blood just tears me apart. However, the idea is clever, and you stay true to the characters and the emotions are well done.

Oh God. I just got chills. Poor Ducky. That was so sad, and I agree with the above commenter, it was haunting.
