Lovely, had a few tears here and there. That is one of the most fascinating things about AU. Because some characters can change, they can become more interesting...

Glad you left it to Nora to speak those strong lines about Kevin deserving the right to a memorable wedding just like the others. It would just NOT have been right if anyone else said them.

And I'm glad it was Saul who did the speech. I can't get over how Kitty, in 2.16, made it all about her and not K/S and their love for each other.

I think it works much better with Saul giving the speech. I think, of all the flaws in 2.16 (as much as I love the episode), that was my biggest complaint - that the woman who had made more than one on-air comment in opposition to gay marriage would officiate it, and then proceed to use that time as a way to make it all about herself. Ugh.
