That completely looked like an accident. I would have made sure my kid was okay and gotten him to get a hug from Tigger and that would have been the end of it. And the Dad made a big deal about the guy not apologizing, but the characters aren't allowed to talk. What an asshat.

That video of Tigger is FAR from a punch. To me, it actually looked like he might have been trying to touch the child on the face or something. Ever heard of Tigger giving a kid a hug at Disney?? :-P Happened to me when I was young. Like you said, it has got to be hard to maneuver with a huge cartoon head on your shoulders. Not to mention the view holes of them are tiny anyways. The dad is just looking for something free, for sure!!!
