Nando's not so hot

I think Nando's hotness scale is wrong. What they consider "hot" I think is really only "medium". I have to eat an "extra hot" burger to get a hot buzz. Of course, on my scale, there would be no "extra hot" because the top of their scale is hot enough!

I find the "hot" is actually hotter than the "extra hot", but I tend to just have mild, because I was getting sick of stuff that was ramping up the "buzz" at the cost of flavour. I don't mind it when something blows my head off, but I want to be rewarded with flavour to justify it, not just heaped quantities of chilli.

Its not nearly as hot as they claim. But you can compensate by either bringing your own spice, or just using an excessive quantity of their sauce.

I dont mind losing some of the flavor - I eat it for the burn.
