But weren't you amused by some of my gasping comments? When the otherotherbaldMark said something about a 4:30 Congress Ave. mile and I said, "me, too" ? As if! ;)

I only did the warmup at swim.

so what does it cost to get paced? I'm trying to decide if I want to do The full CapTex or to stick to the sprint, I somehow think i'll need help, i'll be on the new built up shoe... and not sure if i'll be ready for 10k by then.
