Uh, just to say this as advice to you, I wouldnt suggest running on a knee is in bad shape. It'll only make it worse.

Yet agin I can simpthetize(sp).... I have tendonitus from a fastpitch blooper... I was told at the begining of the school year that I couldnt run, jump, or even run fast... I was looking forward to basketball... But this boo-boo was stoping me... Im to the point now after slight use of it that I can run a mile in 12 min.... And Im not a running person either... Well I figuered Id tell you I know how it feels... But I have to go... So BYE!!!!
