and gah you're not helping me keep the bunny locked up. :P I really really do wanna write this one, cause it's gonna be all about them finding her and going about actually adopting her and all of that and the pieces I have bouncing around in my head make me want to write it so badly but there's just so much else I've got going on right now...
but it's tempting. (and especially with awesome comments and puppy dog eyes, ;) ) soo...definitely not this week, but maybe sooner than I thought?
Aww, this was all kinds of precious and perfectly domestic while keeping character so well. I like Allie, she's a little spitefir like she ought to be and the parental roles suite those two so dang well.
That boy is so screwed and doesn't even realize it yet, mwaha.
Awww. I really love this. I don't go in for the Nate/Eliot thing in general, but protective dads will get me everytime.
I love that the team is still together and that you used little details to make the story come alive (Parker saying Hardison could pull the kid's phone records, Sophie's crack about the decorating choices, how they got the cat.)
When I wrote this I really wanted to have in the background that the team was still family, so it makes me really happy that that came through well, ^^
