Wow, I really love this. I said it before, your Logan is just wonderful. He sounds so authentic. I can almost hear Hugh Jackman reading this :) Poor guy thinking that no one really needs him and that he's too fucked up to have people care about him without just hurting them more. He's such a good person, he really does care so much about people, he just can't see that in himself. Makes me wanna smish him until he realizes that people can and do care and that he deserves it

BUT, thank you!! :D :D Saying Logan sounds so authentic just...makes me want to happy dance and squee, lol, ^^ And that's one of the things I love the most about him even though it's so painful, he's such a good person and he has so much love in him that he's not afraid to express for typical reasons but rather because he thinks he's a liability to everyone, X.X He really needs someone to prove to him they love him as is, no questions about his past or his anger or anything else.
I've always really shipped him just with Jean, because I think he'd be so much better for her than Scott is. Even though I love her, though, she definitely pisses me off a lot of the time because she wants to be all "I have feelings for you Logan, but...", etc. Every time I see her say that line about how girls flirt with guys like him and marry the good guy makes me want to slap her, because he is the good guy, she just refuses to see it. Unfortunately school stuff is important *pouts* I loved this and I can't wait to read the next part. I'm kinda wondering why they can't go back and forth between the X-men and the Avengers aren't they both based in New York? Just something I was wondering.
Ok, so I thought had an answer for that...but then I started looking around and realized that it looks like I might be wrong, lol See, I thought I remembered from my way back in the day comics knowledge that the school was more in upstate New York, about 6 hours away from NYC, and I still could nearly swear they say upstate New York in one of the movies...
But, everything I can find about the actual school puts it much closer, X.X So, that means my memory made that part up, lol Although, I really really do think they said upstate New York in one of the movies so...since this is movieverse that would still work? *clinging to hope that I wasn't entirely stupid* lmao But as far as actual canon-ness goes, you're totally right, *headdesk*
And even being like, 6 hours away it was a ways but never too far, so they could definitely spend time both places, which is what Clint's totally willing to do, but what he needed to know was if Wolverine wanted to leave because he just wanted to leave or if it was really just about getting back

I really wanted to show that Clint's made up his mind already, he's just waiting on Logan to sort his out enough to at least listen to the fact that he doesn't plan on backing out, so I'm really glad you liked that, ^^
