Hokay, we are back from Seraglio!

Fun event, lots of nice folks (Carillion roxxorz!!1! :) Kirsten made some money, even I made some money!

We see the food vendor at some other events, he is very good! His baklava is excellent, although i prefer the one he made where the pistachios were chunkier, since he had to hand chop them. His spiced crispy treats are not period, but very tasty.. cardomom, and raisons, and something else?
as to the coffee...
no i am not a coffe drinker. the only coffee i have ever been able to tolerate is Kona, and even that has to be drowned in cream, but i *do* recognize good coffee. I can tell you that a high grade blend is a high grade blend, i just _don't_ like it. (yes, i have that gene that makes it taste too bitter) That said, his coffee is excellent, and well made, and the lines of coffee drinkers paying good money for his pay coffe instead of the free coffee inside at EK War Camp, should tell you that!
