Greg here. I'm at DATs Neon with Haku and her sister Miku. They informed me that something was going on with Sabine Alshire, and... Haku seems pretty torn up about it, but they didn't get a lot of information on the situation ( Read more... )

There seems to be a human garbage disposal roaming around eating people, from what I've heard.

Not really my field, to be honest.

I'm afraid I don't really know more than that. Whatever it is, it goes around eating people, parts of people, and likely other things normal humans can't eat.

I'd be very surprised if it didn't have some form of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy.

It would make sense, but I've got this weird feeling that it's not as simple as that. Simple would mean making our lives easier, and like hell this place is willing to do that.

...As her cousin, um...

Sabine had to have her left arm completely amputated when she arrived at DATS Neon after she made a messy cut. They feared it would turn into gangrene and infect the rest of her body... She's stable now, but almost scraped close to shock from losing too much blood.

She's in a hospital room, but is unresponsive. I'm there with her, too.

Her friends are asleep here. I don't want to wake them up, but... I'm not sure what I'll tell them when they do. Haku seems to be taking it the hardest.

Some one said something... about a 'human garbage disposal', but not much more than that. How... wh... what even happened? I still don't understand.

You're welcome... I know it must be difficult, but... she'll pull through this one.

...Mm, Sabine considers Haku to be her daughter, so...

My cousin went to protect me after I went out on my own stupid fault to try to pacify Gluttony. He proceeded to eat her arm when she punched him and... I watched her cut off her own arm. I... then tried to keep her alive before help arrived and... her friend, Sarasim, also lost her arm to this creep.

...it's all my fault...
