Adrian did make a point to listen to radio, if only because he found it amusing. The details of the lives of every single person on the island didn't really interest him, but it was all about the delivery. Some people purposefully avoided the radio for fear of hearing too much. But as soon as he heard handwavily from Rose about a vampire attack, Dimitri went to check on the Moroi - invited or not.

After checking the hall, he knocked on the door with purpose.t

Adrian supposed this meant he had to get up. Sighing, he went to answer the door, leaning against it slightly. "I can't imagine what brings you here," he smirked.

"I figured you'd be around sooner or later," he said, deciding he could probably let him in. "I know I'm probably a distraction from everything else you've got going on these days, but a job's a job."

This of course was said in the usual Adrian way of not sounding like he meant any harm by it, but the reaction could be interesting.

Dimitri had said he got this one, but fuck that if Rose was going to let him go into something without backup. Maybe there was nothing, and maybe it was going to be stupid, but she wasn't letting her partner walk in without someone watching his back.

Which was why she got the hotel worker to tell her what room Adrian lived in and headed up there. She slowed a little when she saw Dimitri but wasn't about to be stopped.

The second Adrian saw Rose, he just perked right up. "Here to guard me, hm? Sorry I missed you as a bobcat, by the way, I'm sure it was adorable." No, seriously, he meant that.
