Anyways: I was wondering why some posts are locked. Can we still take those icons?

the posts become locked after a certain amount of time if they were posted public at first. sometimes, i make a batch that i am really proud of and i would like to link my post at some of my favourite communities. then, i lock them after a while. & of course. all icons posted here are available for taking. remember to credit though. (: thanks for asking. ♥**
