This was brilliant. I am glad that this was the first Mycroft/Lestrade fic I've ever read.

Yup. I didn't really start shipping Mystrade until about three or four months ago, and I haven't seen any fic that caught my interest. So this was my very first.

I am so in love with this. I love Eleven, and I love Lestrade, and I love fics that let me hate the Doctor in favor of one of my characters, and I love it when happy characters get beat up... I sound like a horrible person, but this fic is so beautiful and angsty! *kowtows*
