*picks up the string of lights and starts trying to pick the knot apart* What, did someone try to use these to tie someone up? I can't imagine how they'd get so tangled. *exasperated sigh* Tying people to Christmas trees never works out the way it should.

'S got to be it! No wonder it's sticking together - look at all this sap! *wipes hands on pants in disgust* And you're so right - tying people to furniture is really the only way to go.

With the two of you, it's always sonic this, sonic that - here *hands over a pair of scissors* That'll fix 'em. *nods* They might have had lights if they had Christmas. So maybe not? But maybe they had other holidays - Othertide or some such? *shrugs* Sounds like something the Doctor'd say. Next time we see one of 'em, we'll have to ask about strings of Othertide lights.
