I don't have any problems at all. If location is a factor in any way, then I'm in Sweden. :)

I suspect location is a factor, since you're unlikely to be using an address in the 166.x.x.x range ;) But I have also just heard from the hosting provider that they've made a change that may have fixed the problem. (And I can no longer duplicate it myself!)
