A wise decision, though surely all the spoilers on your friend's list will be hidden behind cuts?

I have decided to listen to music while reading on PT, since I was nearly ruined by some high school students on a tram yesterday afternoon - who hadn't even read the book! One of them was saying she'd walked into a bookstore on Saturday and just flipped to the last page! And as for what John So, our "lovable mayor" did at the launch itself, well... I'd say more, but I should instead be spruiking this week's episode of Planet Nerd (10pm, Thursday, Channel 31). Don't worry - it's a spoiler free zone.

Unfortunately, there's always got to be one person who will forget the cut :( Not that i've seen any this time :D

I'd love to know what John So did at the launch, but I'm guessing here isn't a good place, since whochick is saying no spoilering

It wouldn't help that I could proclaim my account as a Harry Potter free zone, now would it?
Ah well. Enjoy your reading time. *waves*

The spoiler trolls were rampant in the HP comms over the weekend, but I think it's died down now.

Anyway, woman, you've had > 12 hours since the book release to read it, how come you ain't finished yet?

;-)

Well ...

Saturday - working til 21:30 then a housewarming 'til 3:45am (still managed to buy it!)

Sunday - drove down the coast to my parents at 10am, then on to Torquay for more family, got home at 21:30 and read.

Monday - at uni from 9am 'til 11am, then at a friend's until 2pm, then uni from 2-4, then work from 5 til 1am (read on my break)

Tuesday (today) - finished the book!!!

Am I off the hook??
