Oh no!

(X-posted from DoctorwhoA friend just reamed me out for thinking the Doctor has a sex life. "He's not bloody Capt. Kirk!" I hung my head in shame, where had my idea of a Asexual Doctor with a purely platonic relationship with his companions go ( Read more... )

hmm, yeah, I know what you mean. I think you just find your slash goggles, and then that's it.

I saw Doomsday, cried, went a bit crazy for Ten/Rose, and discovered LJ along the way. Then I learnt more about the other Doctors, and then I discovered the whole ship pudding.

I found Five/Turlough (YAY for the five/turlough love!) and that was my only ship, then it just got crazy from there. and now it's kind of anyone with anyone :S (although I think the majority of fandom ships Two/Jamie, even if they don't know it yet ;P )

I'm a bit of a shipper/slasher, and it's not even limited to Doctor Who.... scary :|

TO be fair, Rusty has had his own little input with the whole un-asexual doctor idea. I mean how many flirty kissy bits has he put in?!

I agree, he's not one to be sleeping around, but I'm sure he's got some experience of the whole shebang.just ask Turlough Eight Jamie

And Moffat! That whole "dancing" thing - he really likes to put in those vague references and double entendres and what not.

Aww, there's nothing wrong with that. I got into Five/Turlough within a few months of first seeing Who on PBS. Then came Five/Master and Nyssa/Tegan. So I never really had that belief of the Doctor being asexual. Repressed and innocent, yes (since I started with Five ;)), but not asexual.

Doesn't One and that Aztec lady count? =( There was an attraction there, it was even echoed in the Girl in the Fireplace, at the ending scene. Yes, there was no snogging, unlike Ten and Reinette, but still...
