Can You Crochet Four's Scarf?

Does a crochet pattern for the scarf exist or do crocheters just improvise their own? For anyone that has attempted the project before, is it harder or easier to crochet the scarf than knitting it?

I crocheted one, using this pattern. I just followed the 'for crochet' section of the pattern. I hope that helps!
