Season 16 scarf... as socks!

I'm not sure how many points to count this as. I took the scarf pattern and cut it in half, otherwise the stripes were WAY too big. and 1 sock was only about 1/3 of that pattern (damn my short stumpy legs!). And since I'm about 2/3 of the way through 2 complete socks... argh, math was never my strong suit. Please help a poor fool out and tell me

I figured it only made sense. I mean, if the scarf is 10' (or more) long, then the socks can't just be regular size or een knee-highs. they've got to be *tall*, right? :)

Knitting's not so hard, I've only been knitting a little over a year. I learned how to do Bobbles specifically to do Extermiknit. Learn! Make your own socks! :)
