We've had some Ten-themed fic and fanart already, though, and good stuff it has been too. Remember, those ( Read more... )

I don't think I've ever actually written anything for 9, so I feel I should take this opportunity (also to watch series 1 again). My uni courses do begin on March 4, so can I just put myself down without a date, please?

I will - good to have you aboard. And you should, you know (take the opportunity to re-watch S1, that is) - it's a grower. And writing something you haven't written before - that's living, that is! :D

I'm gonna be predictable and request the 31st, please!

Oh dear, this one's hard. I like Nine, but I'm very insecure about writing him (Well, I am with all the Doctors, really). Maybe I'll make this that Nine/Romana prompt you asked for? :)

Done! :D

And it's good to stretch a bit - better than playing it safe, I think, and you can surprise yourself. I bet you never thought you'd write good Eleven/Romana either. Obviously, I cannot influence you (too much!), but Nine/Romana...could work well. Could work very well... ;)

Nine's more difficult to write due to the way he talks, too. He's kind of the Doctor who doesn't want to be the Doctor. I can't write Rose for similar reasons that I can't write River, but Nine/Romana and/or Nine grieving and PTSD-ing all over the place , possibly...

And Rassilon knows, he had his reasons for that... You'll work something out. Angsty Tiem!War flashbacks or something? I leave it to you. :)

May I grab the 27th? I'm all excited for this month. I've been excited for it from the beginning. I've got all these ideas peculating for Nine and REG!Nine. Don't be surprised if you end up with multiple entries from me this month.

(The last twenty minutes of The End of Time made me laugh and laugh and laugh)

(Also, I feel like you should include a link to this somewhere in the post: http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Nelvana because Canada's near attempt at a Who cartoon is hilarious in its absurdity)

You may grab the 27th with both hands, shove it in your swag bag and make off with it into the blue yonder if you so wish. :) Bursting with ideas? Multiple entries?? Music to my ears - I'm looking forward to them already.

And...bashing The End of Time - it never gets old! :D

That's... It certainly looks like an interesting take on the subject matter, that's for certain. ;D I think I've seen the Dalek, sorry, "Battle Dalek", concept art before, but not the rest of it. Who is Magnar? I don't like the look of him... ;)

And K-9 is a handbag, because that makes sense... O.o

Much as I love all of the others, Nine is and ever will be "my" Doctor. He had me from the word "run" and I haven't stopped since.

Perhaps this is an appropriate place to link to DWAD, the longest running fan audio production house that you've probably never heard of. I understand they've been going strong since sometime back in the '80s. (!)

I actually wrote an audio script for these guys, and it's kind of trippy hearing your words filled out and made into something real. If you can get past the dated website and the American actors, some of the stories are pretty darn good. Like mine, of course! :-P
