I see people throwing shade at my faves in the comments, so I'll just pipe up with my support for Journey's End and The End of Time, which as well as The Parting of the Ways and Doomsday, would be in my personal top 10. Beautiful, thrilling stories, all. To occupy the other six slots, I'd have The Impossible Planet, Human Nature, Last of the Time Lords, Turn Left, Midnight and The Waters of Mars. Honourable mention to Dalek, The Christmas Invasion, Gridlock and The Fires of Pompeii.

Hehe - Who, the fandom where nobody agrees on anything! :) I think The Impossible Planet might be a severely underrated one, to be honest - it's as creepy as all get-out and has some great performances. Same thing with Waters of Mars, and I think Turn Left and Midnight are probably the jewels in the crown as far as Series 3 is concerned. Mind you, I think trying to come up with a definitive list of ten is probably a tall order - it changes for me every time I re-watch something I haven't seen in a while. ;)
