I think the only ones this applies to are Rin and Ikkaku. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. But in the meantime!
Rin thinks Ikkaku is one of those loud, annoying types of people. She's not actually a huge fan of loud, annoying types. But the thing about Ikkaku is that he doesn't seem to pry too much. He may bug her, try to be friends with her, but he doesn't ask the annoying personal questions that a lot of other people do. So, he wins automatic bonus points there. While she's not particularly inclined to start up a conversation with him, and while he may get on her nerves sometimes with the way he acts-- she doesn't actually dislike him. He's just Ikkaku.
...If that makes any sense at all.
Anyhow, if you want to HIT ME BACK with what Ikkaku thinks of Rin, that'd be cool. If not, well, that's cool, too. ♥
Soi Fong and Ikkaku: Soi Fong likes Ikkaku. Cares about him even! Against her better judgment. She doesn't know why or how but SOMEHOW he's wormed his way into her heart as a friend. A friend who she often wants to kick and/or punch, but a friend nonetheless. She's also sort of vaguely attracted to him, and would be even more so if he were a woman, but she never admits that to herself. And dammit, she wants to know what the fuck happened to their egg. >\
Soi Fong and Rukia: Soi Fong is terribly fond of Rukia because she is obviously sane and has the same opinion of the 11th Division retardation an she does. They need to thread more. u.u
Soi Fong and Watanuki: Soi Fong likes Watanuki. She gets kind of irritated with him when he puts himself in danger because he obviously can't fight the spirits and stuff that are attracted to him himself. But then he's always so genuinely polite and apologetic and thankful when she shows up to help him that she can't really hold it against him for long. He's like a puppy or something. They also need

I think since Lacus left only Imoen's met your characters. XD
Imoen thinks Ikkaku is a good person to talk to, whether she's sane at the moment or not. When she's sane, they can have silly discussions about nothing in particular, which she enjoys, and when she's not, they can have discussions about injuries and blood. Good times!
So far, Imoen's just been somewhat crazy at Rukia, so there's not much of an impression there--it's difficult for Imoen to really get any idea of what a person is like while she's acting that way.
I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly, Shinigami in Bleach are dead people, right? If so, they probably both ping Imoen a little, if only on a subconscious level. Not that it really affects anything, since she's usually just being crazy anyway.
Ikkaku: HE'S FUN AND FUNNY AND ... AND COOL? UH. WHOO! ... Yeah, I got nothin' but maybe a big ol' THUMBS UP.
Kid: ... ah ha ha. Ha. If I recall correctly, she didn't much like him the first time they met but then she forgot all about him so it doesn't matter anyway. Annnd then he was just sort of ... there. But, see, he was dressed as a cowboy which is the sort of thing people do in Gotham. ... well, the crazy people but who else does she know, really? So, hey, that's interesting. Then they had some conversations about dangerous games and secrets and lies and damn but it makes her homesick. AND NOW he is a project. I can't say if she likes him or not until she's decided whether he's a hero or a villain, but he's definitely a person she wants to keep an eye on.
And I must confess a curiousity regarding Kid's thoughts on Harley's breasts.
Naminé . . . doesn't form opinions quickly. She doesn't know Kid or Watanuki at all, and she doesn't know either Ikkaku or Rukia well. She likes Ikky, and is fine with Rukia sharing their cabin. (Though she'd like to get a chance to finish clearing up the Nobody/Heartless/Hollow thing.)
