Isn't it a wonderful coincidence that my newest Johnny drawing was finished just the day before yesterday, so that I can post it in honour of the birthday of two friends on my f-list? :-)
Happy belated birthday,
wendylady1 and happy birthday,

I hope your special day was/is a good one!
It looks as though Johnny had a nice birthday present for both of you up

Wow - this is amazing !! Thank you for dedicating your newest Johnny work to my birthday - I don't care if you are a tad late if this is what you bring...
I will link back to this when I post about my birthday weekend if you don't mind, so you may get loads of comments...
(I am using another birthday present from Annwyn, who created this rainy icon for me - isn't it fab ?!!)

I am so sorry you've been so ill! I have been away from LJ for weeks, too, but because of tons of work at home. I guess I'd much rather be away because of that than because I was so drained by an attack of illness. Poor Whiteling. You must have been feeling like death. Please take care of yourself.

Loads of work ain't too pleasant a reason for being away from LJ eiter, I guess (but a bit better than being ill, I agree). Are you done with your work now or are you still busy?
The worst part of my sickness was that it fell exactly in hubby's and my holiday. We had been looking so much forward to our 3 weeks off, and then - poof! I feel sorry for poor hubby in particular, as he could only make tea for me and supply me with medicine. Not the holiday he had hoped for. :-(
The new term at artschool starts not until the day after tomorrow, till then I can pamper myself a bit more... :-)

No wonder you've had no time to see HP! I hope you'll get the chance soon. I've seen the film only on Sunday and quite liked it. The whole atmosphere is toned down and a deep sense of melancholy pervades everything. What I missed terribly though, was the entire storyline of Voldemort's family history. I know it would have been almost impossible to work it in the film, but I just *love* family history stories. Oh, well. You can't have everything.
Regarding the artschool: I teach watercolour-painting at the school in question, and during the school holidays I offer workshops for fashion illustration. It's only one part-time job among others. Sometimes I feel like a jack-of-all-(art)trades. :-D

I just love the mischievous glint in his eyes - that was what drew me in with this particular picture in the first place. Oh, and don't get me started on his beautiful hands... *dreamy sigh*....
Thanks for the well-wishes too. I'm almost back to normal, thank God. It's about time!
*hugs back*
