I need a muse shake...and some help maybe..

I need a muse shake or even HANDCUFF it to the bed and whip it a few times because it has taken a running jump and Won't Let Me Get My New Story FLOWING! I have almost all the words (both Italian and English) but it just won't flow! HELP!
