What is the exact theme of the challenge, if I may ask? I really don't understand, since I can't remember an episode called "Blues"? Do the icons have to be blue or what?

That's totally up to you :)

Whether you have the post Season Finale blues (like me) and want to incorporate that in your icons or make icons of your favourite scenes to counteract that or find ways to highlight the colour blue in your icons, like usa is fond to do in the promo pictures...

I kept it kinda vague and open to interpretation on purpose to see what everyone associates/comes up with.
