Oh I love the idea of celebrating the anniversary of White Collar.

I am confused why it is just Neal & Peter when the whole cast does such a wonderful job. Seems sad to neglect the wonderful people that we tune in each week to see as well.

I would have loved to participate but I don't really do much with Neal & Peter and I never do Neal/Peter.

Well, as Peter and Neal are the central relationship in the series, it seems a natural thing to focus on. If you look at the volume of stories out there, I'd say the majority of the fandom would agree with that.
