Do remember that you could turn in a rough draft on August 1st. Only thing is that we can't guarantee an artist for you. So if you still wanted to participate but needed more time, we do have that.

oh my, thanks for reminder. just started typing up the first draft bit. note that I signed up very recently so I may not make 7k that soon (yeah I missed like couple months because I'm new to this and last year only tried mini bang, for another fandom, so didn't know the dates)

aside that will hope to manage at least 2-5k until 15th/16th

The only thing is that we do want you to have at least 7K by the 15th. However, we do have the August 1st date if you still want to participate and could have 7K by then. The only thing with that is that we cannot guarantee that you will get an artist but you'd still be able to submit a story.

oh well, I'll try to get 7k till 15th, but can't promise, it might be either 3k or 5k. but I'll try to dive into plot. I've got one and I'm consulting whatever resources I can find and reaching for more blossoming inspiration bursts.

well, I could make 10k by August 1st easily and even more if plot will stretch enough.

I dunno about art thing... I can always make something myself (for that I don't have to dig deep), besides I'll have to make covers anyway, so no worries. I won't be offended if I don't get it :)

Which is why I thought I would mention the August 1st date. :) That way you don't have to stress too much about rushing to get it done.

Stupid question is stupid: I'm not going to finish my fic till tomorrow (though I'm over 7K, no worries *g*). Do I have to include my outline to "prove" I know where I'm going with the fic (so to speak) or will that be between me and my artist?

I basically just want to know if I should add the outline to the word document or not.

Speaking of, word document is okay as email attachment, right? Or do you prefer txt or something?
