Hypochondriac question.

I worked my ass off today getting stuff off the ground in the garage, and I sweat my ass off.  I know I didn't drink enough, but I just didn't think of it because I was panicked that if the  hurricane pulled a Katrina, I didn't want any good stuff ruined.  Anyway, as I was browsing, and still now, I get this huge headache with double vision.

Have something with sugar in it, like fruit juice, and lie down for a bit in a dark, quiet room. It'll pass.
