Well, I mean it sounds fun, but I really don't have a clue what I'd do there.

It's good to know I'm not the only one, at least.

Well, you don't really have to dance that much. There's usually a refreshment table with punch and cookies and stuff too. Lots of people hang out near that all night and just eat free food.

Yeah, but I know a lot of people just go to hang out with their friends and stuff. And some people just like dressing up.

You know, I could take you to get a dress.

[She looks at him doubtfully.] What do you know about dresses?

And they're my stepsisters. They were born rich so they know all about dances and dresses and stuff.

[ How to get women out of them? ]

Nothing, really. Maybe enough to sit and help pick one out if I have to. But why would you want to stay cooped up when you can go out, have some fun? I've only been here a month and I'm already pretty sure we don't get breaks that often around here.

[ He crosses his arms and leans his shoulder properly against the doorway. ] I know jack about dances. That's the... sensitive guy thing. More my brother's kind of style, before he got this bug up his butt. So I can't help you much there.

[What a wonderful father he is!]

I mean, it does sound like fun but I've never been to a dance before. I was always too busy taking care of my dad for anything like that.
