I worry that perhaps it makes me a little twisted to symapthise witht eh bad guy...

But hey, John Simm is doing an amazing job as the bad guy here so I still wanna be on the Master's side!!

At the start of the episode I did say to my Dad "that's such a cop-out" because there was nothing to suggest that they ever had trouble getting out of where they were last week.

It seemed like a really easy solution didn't it? Almost to the point where it cheaped the rest of the story.

I had a feeling that they would use Jack wrist thingy but I expected them to at least use the teaser to try and figure out a way home. They needed to get back to 21st century Earth to get the story moving, I get that, but taking a little bit of time to resolve the cliffhanger would have been appreciated.
