When are the horrible "entertainers" going to fade away?

I'm disturbed by the fact at least one of my girls says Fergie is her favorite singer and "Fergilicious" is her favorite song. Other than the horrible four minutes I spent watching that "Humps" video last week, I've never heard any of Fergie's crap. So I looked up the lyrics to hear why this 7-year-old is listening to.

the biggest problem that i have with that song (other than the fact that it royally sucks arse) is the misuse of the spanish language. if you're going to bloody count in spanish, do it all in the language. U2 pissed me off by doing it in Vertigo too.

I am always wondering why the hell some people even bother having kids if they're just going to either ignore them or subject them to this trash. People should really be required to take a test before they can become a parent. A test that I will administer.

ain't that the truth. I said almost the exact same thing to my parents the other day. Dad said it's just another thing for them to check off their life's To-Do list.
