Why hasn't anyone found a cure for a runny nose?

My day started at 4am when I woke up to blow my nose. I then proceeded to blow my nose for the next hour and a half. I would use a tissue, lay back down and within moments I'd be sitting up again to blow my stupid nose. So from 4am until my normal wake-up time of 5:30am I was using tissue after tissue. ugh...sounds suspiciously like a sinus infection, from my experience. if you don't feel better in a few days, I'd advise getting some antibiotics from the damned doctor.

Today I'm just stuffy but my nose is a sight. It's peeling like I just got a nasty sunburn. Ah, the joys of using tissues that feel like sandpaper.

ick. I splurge on the triple-ply extra-soft stuff when I'm sick. it's more expensive but it does help with the sandpaper effect.
