Seriously. Who doesn't know, or can't somehow find, the address of where they get their scripts, and who wrote said scripts? COME ON PEOPLE! If you're getting HUNDREDS (plural. yes.) of dollars back, wouldn't you be willing to, I don't know, put forth a little effort?
