"$childhood" is my favorite part.

This is so creatively done, and a great mix of the clever with the hard stuff.

He sounds like a hard person to know, to be around, to love, to mourn, to be in a family with. This is a good tribute album. *hugs*

This was difficult to read, but in all the right ways. You weaseled out some really intense feelings in very specific moments, and it worked so, so well.

Thanks for sharing something so personal.

Very clever and very expertly handled. It's interesting how you keep the sad 45 in its paper sleeve.

I love the "packaging" of this entry, which suits the prompt perfectly, and I love that so many of the song titles seem as if they could be common to a lot of families... but have a unique, sharp twist in the context of your own.

The combination of humor, feeling, and sadness in this is just terrific. True to life, true to your dad, and true to you. ♥

Thanks to our group for letting me take this prompt! I had a good/bad time thinking of what bits of Dad to put in here :) And thanks for the compliment, too.
